Family Life Center — Attraction in Abilene

Fair pricing and a few things to do if you buy a special: gym, skating, Foosball, arcade, air hockey, billiards, and bowling but CALL BEFORE YOU GO! Most evenings and weekends they are booked for events. When booked, their main attractions like bowling, skating, or the gym are NOT open to the public. They have not implemented any means of still allowing all guests to enjoy the facility. Plenty of options to make that possible like only allowing a couple bowling lanes for partoes rather than closing the section off for hours... or have them on rotation in the different areas, but nope! You can either leave or play arcade games. Those are the choices. It's unfortunate that families who are working around school/work hours cannot go because it's booked daily. Not great for parties! You literally don’t have time to do anything. Felt rushed the entire time and are not allowed any time (not even 1 minute) to set up and/or decorate! Who wants to have a party with no decorations and you can’t spend time decorating as that will take time from the 2 hours you are allowed in the room. They definitely are not thinking about their guest and only after the money. Very disappointing, would not have a party here again. I know Abilene is limited but those limited places are...

Christian life center family oriented lots of fun. They have a weight room and showers membership starting at only $15. Pool tables a bowling alley skating ring a very decent basketball court. The atmosphere is great. I recommend this place to people family and friends that are seeking a low volume place to spend time with there family and friends. They also do parties call to schedule in advance. It's a great little atmosphere with lots of potential and room for growth I vouch for them....
