The Art House- Acworth Arts Alliance — Attraction in Acworth

Just north of Main Street, Acworth Arts Alliance was only founded in 2017, but occupies a beautifully-restored house typical of the region.

Wrapped by an exterior veranda, the alliance puts on exhibitions of local artists, whether they specialize in watercolor paintings, sculpture, or oils.

Equally attractive is the setting for Acworth Cultural Arts, found in downtown’s old city jailhouse.

Absolutely wonderful artist supported gallery, beautiful and unique pieces, frequently changing exhibitions of Laval arts of all kinds. Also an amazing community to be involved in as an artist. Cathy Green is perfectly delightful. Cathy and the voulunteers in and staff will make you feel at home, and like family. Cathy's joy and love for art fills the building. It's soulful, restful, down home and urban chic...all at the same time! Also, be sure to go to a reception, have some wine, mingle ....it's a super fun way to spend a Saturday evening .... And afterwards, you're a short walk from fine...
