On the night of February 4th I was visiting the quant little town of Acworth looking at all the cute shops and quaint restaurants. As I was walking towards the shop Wild Blossoms I noticed a very nasty conversation taking place between an employee/owner of the store and a family who were getting into their vehicle which was parked in front of the store. Needless to say I was shocked because the family had two children and this was taking place right on the sidewalk. The employee/owner from Wild Blossoms was accusing the mother of hitting her car which they were parked next to. The employee/owner stated a note was left, but they could not show proof of said note. The employee/owner was just plain nasty and called the woman a 'smart ass' right in front of her two children and then proceeded to shoot a bird at her as she stormed back into the store. I could not believe such behavior would take place from an employee/owner of this shop. I found it very rude and insulting and decided there was no way I would EVER spend a dime in this store after seeing such behavior. I also made a mental note to tell anyone I knew who shopped there of the nastiness this woman who worked there portrayed. This kind of approach and behavior the employee/owner used is totally unacceptable and unworthy of a...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite boutique shops in Downtown Acworth. I would stop here and shop whenever I was in the area. I have spent plenty of money there in the time that I have lived in Georgia. I stopped in to look at the dining room tables that I have been considering. On my way in a Corkcicle caught my eye, and per usual I took a pic so I could remember it for a future purchase. The two girls that are always there (maybe own the shop?) were extremely nasty to me about taking a picture stating there is a sign on the front door which I obviously didn't notice. The stares and remarks continued until I decided to leave the store. I will NEVER spend another dime in their store. There are plenty of other shops, just like this, that would never dream of treating a repeat customer this way. I understand rules and policies, as I am in customer service myself, but this kind of approach and behavior is unacceptable and unworthy of any more of...
Read moreQuaint store in a charming part of Acworth. Great selection of items. I saw a large picture with birds that I wanted to get for my living room because I love birds. A staff member followed me around the entire time. I didn’t have a purse just my phone with credit card and ID. The merchandise is worth the visit as you’ll find beautiful items for gifts and home. My husband got super annoyed at being followed around the store and tried to tell me we should leave so he simply walked straight out. All I could do was quickly take pictures so I could view the items at home and come back for a visit on my own. After I walked out my husband convinced me how rude the whole experience was. I simply wanted to buy a few items and YES I took pictures. The store is JAM PACKED with items even the windows. So imagine my surprise when I bread a review here that states pics aren’t allowed, Even so I’d like to own the picture. Still evaluating...
