We will not go back, poor service and food. I had been a few times before after work and it was a good experience. I decided to take my family for dinner. We waited for 40 minutes for kids meal, salad and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was a special called the baconator. When it finally came out the bacon was cold and under cooked and the sandwich had tomatoes and lettuce which I asked to remove. As you can see from the picture the baconaror only has two under cooked pices of bacon. Turns out the chicken sandwich was two chicken fingers put on a bun. We had somewhere to be at the top of the hour and could not wait for them to cook a new sandwich. The waitress apologized and offered only to remove the sandwich from the bill. No other comp for the long wait our fact neither my wife or I could eat our dinner before we had to leave. The fries that came with my sandwich and my son's chicken fingers were both under cooked and not edible. Why can't places like this get the two most important things (food and service) right?

They have probably the best burgers in the area in my opinion. The black and bleu was my most recent item to try, normally I get the grilled chicken nachos, which are also very good. The service is definitely worth mentioning, servers are never just standing around talking or on their phones, they're either with a customer or cleaning something. On more than one occasion, I've had Lydia, and she is amazing; friendly and seems to like her job (two things that sadly aren't common in the service industry anymore). I don't even live in Acworth, but still make a point to have lunch here if I'm within 15 miles. On the one Friday night that I had dinner instead of lunch....they were very busy, seems like a local hot spot.

Very good bar in an old hardware store. Nice, darker interior. Enough TVs to satisfy sports fans. Friendly servers- Aydin was phenomenal! My wife's burger was about 3/4 thick and she said it was a great eat. The fries were ordinary in her opinion... not much taste or seasoning of any kind although something appeared to be sprinkled on it. I had the 5 wings with tater tots. The tots were ok, but crispy. I asked for the wings crispy and they did a great job without overcooking the wings. The medium sauce was buttery with just enough bite to be classified as medium. Very good experience and I would highly recommend the place!

Should of went to Chili's like we planned tonight! Searched online and found this place and saw they had Stemmed Oysters! So we have to try, well this was a one and done! We've recently moved to Kennesaw in Dec of 2018 from Florida. Sat at the bar ordered our drinks and when they came, ordered our appetizer and our dinner! Waited, waited and waited some more.... After I drank my drink the bartender asked if I wanted another drink and I asked where were our Oysters, she said the usual guy who shucks wasn't there tonight and we're gonna have to wait a little longer... Another 10 min goes by and my lady see a server bringing Oysters to the bar but when the bartender sees them she notices they were not steamed but raw! She's sends them back and proceeds to let us know they were gonna be longer and she would remove them from the bill....I truly hope so.... At this juncture our dinner has arrived and we begin eating, halfway through our dinner the Oysters arrive, again not steamed (you can tell by there look)....I like raw Oysters but my lady does not, she attempts to eat one and refuses anymore, I eat a couple more and I notice they are still cold.... Moral of this story, should of gone to Chili's like we originally planned... The bartender apologies a couple more times and says we should return again, she should of touch base with us allot earlier and we could of made another choice or not at all! Sad we wanted a local dive near with oysters.... Guess we gonna find somewhere...

Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Behavior from Staff

This was our second time visiting this establishment, and unfortunately, our experience this time was far from pleasant. During our first visit, we were well taken care of by a male staff member, and everything was great. However, this time we were attended to by a female staff member, and her behavior was deeply troubling.

Despite us approaching her with politeness and smiles, she was rude and unwelcoming. It didn’t stop there—she was visibly pointing us out and creating a scene with her coworkers. What struck us as most upsetting was the noticeable contrast in how she treated other guests. She was friendly, smiling, and giving suggestions to everyone else, but completely dismissive and unkind to us. Her actions seemed racially motivated, and we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Though we were initially hesitant to leave a tip due to her behavior, we did so anyway, only to have her continue talking about us with her coworkers in an unprofessional manner. This made us feel unsafe and unwelcome, so we decided to leave before the situation escalated further.

It’s disheartening because we had positive experiences during our previous visits. Unfortunately, this staff member’s behavior has left us questioning whether we’ll return. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and...

I found this tavern by dumb luck as I was just trying to find a TV as the Seahawks were playing the Texans, with 4 mins left in the game. I walked through the back side of downtown Acworth and heard football but couldn't see where it was coming from, then POW! The Center Street Tavern? What the... When the... As soon as I opened the doors and walked up a wide cement ramp, I knew I hit pay dirt. This old cattle livery from the 1800s is now a tavern, and the building works. The have several rooms, and sofas as well if you want to just plant yourself down for the duration. I sat at a bar table near the TV I needed. Suzie, bartender and all around everything, came over and took great care of me. I ended up having their Big Pretzel with horseradish-mustard, perfect tavern food. Since I was drinking alone, I didn't get a bucket of beers, rather their PBR beer special. The only bad beer is root beer, and it was served in a frosted pint glass...nice! I ended up asking about wings, and discovered they make dry rub wings, my favorite. I ordered 20 Cajun dry rubbed, cooked well done. They were fantastic! I finally found another place besides BW3s that cook wings the way I like them. The wings were large too, very meaty, and flat out delicious! I'll be back and try more menu items. Maybe it'll...
