I had the pleasure of being greeted by Maddie at the Adams Hometown Markets' register, and she made an immediate positive impression. Before we even had a chance to say hello, she welcomed us with a big, warm smile. It was clear that Maddie was fully attentive to both the customers ahead of us and also to us, balancing professionalism and warmth seamlessly.

What truly amazed me was discovering she is a student! Maddie carries herself with such professionalism and polish, making it easy to mistake her for someone with years of experience. Her tall and elegant presence is matched by her kindness and authenticity. Our chat was delightful, with everything she said coming across as a genuine compliment.

Beyond Maddie’s exceptional service, the store itself was fantastic. The selection is great; they truly have a bit of everything I need. The food looks fresh and well-stocked, and the store is incredibly clean and tidy, almost shining. I felt really welcome from the moment I walked in. The deli food is also delicious—I could easily tell care is put into it. The baked goods are truly beautiful.

I also appreciate all the posters, signs, and displays around the store. It is clear Adams Hometown Markets is deeply involved in the community, whether through charity initiatives or hiring local talent. Meeting Maddie and enjoying the welcoming environment made my day, and I’ll certainly be returning!

If I could put 0 stars I would if this was based on attitude and customer service. The cashier's are very rude and disrespectful. This isn't the first time with this happening either but I'm all for trying to be understanding. Its happening every time I go in there. Its not jus one person. They don't check the dates on their products which caused my newborn niece to be extremely sick because they seem to think its appropriate to keep things on the shelf that are a year or more outdated. Especially BABY FORMULA. If it wasn't for the people that come in and spend money to buy their products they wouldn't have the jobs they "hate" so much. "Thank you" and "have a nice day" or even acknowledging me would've been nice, but I couldn't even get a hello. But when I walked away the person behind me gets greeted. It saddens me cause this store is in my neighborhood, and has some products that are hard to find in the big stores, and being right next door to me was extremely helpful due to the rises of gas prices, ontop of it being a small town business and me wanting to contribute support; This has me changing my mind and...

I used to like this store but lately everything I been buying has mold...the shredded cheese the tomatoes and also bread...but what really upset me was I spent $400 to get $20 off a turkey and I go to buy it today and they tell me they stopped doing it yesterday!!! 4 days before Thanksgiving your not gonna honore the coupon? After you got me to spend $400 now I lose out on my turkey and idk what I'm gonna do..I waited until I could afford to get what I needed for my thanksgiving meal which was today and now I have no turkey...I really hope speaking to the manager tomorrow they will still honor my coupon because I'm extremely upset and without it I won't be...
