First, this place smells of urine and feces which starts to get worse the closer you get to the restrooms which is a biohazard with low lighting, rot, and feces/possibly blood on the walls(See Pics). The prices are too expensive for a thrift store. The prices are more on par with a normal retail store selling new goods. Nothing here electronically is tested and if it doesn't work you can not return it so make sure you test items...that is if you can find a wall outlet that works at all in the store. There are no dressing rooms, so no trying things on. Also, if you are looking to find a real treasure you won't find it here because now most all items that would have any value are sold on their online store so look elsewhere. Poor management is the only thing I can think of for a place to be this horrific. The OSHA should look into this place for health and safety violations. You will feel like you will need a shower once you walk out.

So, when I tell you I am so late to the game when it comes to America"s Thrift stores and donation in Alabaster! 🤣I had to move to Pelham to find out about this wonderful 💍 jewel of a thrift store! It makes the other thrift stores need to stand up and take notice. It's organized, it has a lot of merchandise, and this is the spot if you want to find some name brand items, especially 👠 shoes for women. It's located right off of 119, so not on the main drag. Do take some time to go to the store because besides the smell which wasn't bad, you going to see organization like you have never seen it before! 😁For me that's important! Also, the brand name shoes are so cheap. This is now my new go to location!👏👍❤️🙌

Normal faith based thrift store. Good overall selection of another persons donated stuff. Books, shoes, clothes, coats, dishes, cookware. Donation area is drive thru on the right side of the front of the store. In the parking lot from the front, out the side road.

This place used to be decent. With much of the proceeds going to the King's Ranch and Big Oak Ranch. A organization to help kids. The prices were priced low, and or reasonable, to help folks out. People who need help or don't have much money. Not anymore!!! It's unbelievable how much they have raised the prices!!! WITH NONE OF IT GOING TO ANY KIND OF NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION!!! (Which they claim it does) Instead it's going into their greedy little pockets! It definitely doesn't go to the store employees! It is one of the lowest paying jos, I have ever seen. Now here's the kicker!!! I've been to a certain few America's Thrift Stores for quite awhile. The inventory has gotten shabbier and shabbier! (To the point its not even worth going). Why you ask? BECAUSE THEY CHERRY PICK EVERYONE'S DONATIONS AND THEN SELL THEM ONLINE ON AMERICA'S THRIFT STORE ONLINE!!! I implore you to go check out their website, and see all the things that would be available, The address of America's Thrift Store Online is some random address in the ghetto! These folks are sleazy! Something needs to be done!!!! So please pass the word! Half of you are saying well it's their store they can do what they want. It's true they can, can't they! They used to be closed on Sundays! Not anymore! They use to have reasonable prices!!! Dead and gone!!! Your almost better off shopping at Macy's, and this is used items! The saddest part is how it helps no organization! UPDATE I had to come back after I found out that the $5 discount you get for every $100 you spend on their Rewards Program, is no longer! Now it's $5 for every $250 you spend!!!! Wow!!!! Seriously I thought I was on Candid Camera! I was pinching myself, thinking I might wake up from dreaming! Greed has turned into Gluttony!!! All the stuff they get is free!!! Except the overpriced snacks at the counter!!! I have 79.30 points and was rounding the corner to my little $5 discount. But I stopped going period. Because its just a waste of...

I don’t know where to even start with how bad this place is!!! Maybe with the bathrooms are always disgusting and there are no dressing rooms because they say people use them to steal not to mention if you can’t try it on and it ends up not fitting you may forget to bring it back in time for your instore credit (no cash refunds ever) you can tell they underpay and mistreat the employees that are under management level And the management is shady not to mention rude (they need new management) now onto the OMG their prices are beyond overpriced they are downright obscene and insulting for being a thrift store that gets their inventory mainly for free and mostly brought to them not even having to use their trucks much these days!!! Lastly if you go and see there’s nothing extraordinary on their shelves WELL THATS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A EBAY ACCOUNT (shop ats) On eBay where they SHILL bid their items up!!! And yes you’re probably thinking that doesn’t help their local community WELL YOURE RIGHT!!! And as for their lies about helping the needy the percentage is so small it’s almost non existent or it could be considered laughable if it wasn’t such a despicable disgrace! So before you donate to them ask you yourself IS THERE ANYWHERE ELSE YOU COULD DONATE TO I MEAN ANYWHERE because by giving them your donations you are doing nothing more than fattening their personal bank accounts probably buying them new yachts or vacation homes! I’ll end it with they need to do better and that’s a...

when I went in the very first thing I noticed was how messy everything was; clothing strug out everywhere. Of coarse this was to be expected of a thrift store, I looked a the floor and it looks as tho no one sweeps well and definitely has never been moped. I walked threw and found a cage for my dog it's the right size and everything. I wanted a cage anyway but I'd rather put in the effort of cleaning it then pay a fine penny for it as soon as I looked at the price it caught me off guard a bit $24 it seemed a bit over priced so I immediately got on my phone and looked it up same cage same size for $27 considering the effort is have to put in to it I didn't want to pay full price. I hunted a manager down asking several very helpful employees. As soon ask located the manager I told her about what I found and asked for half off ... She told me in a very rude tone "no because it had just come in that very day. She didn't try to negotiate or even hold the conversation." I feel incline to say I feel ripped off and am beginning to wonder what all have I bought at full price at a THRIFT STORE. The only good part of my experience was the employees who helped me find the terribly rude manager and the cashier who was...
