John Ross Jewelers — Attraction in Albany

My wife recently had a ring sized upward here. It was a horrid experience. Where the portion inserted met with the original ring, a poor buffing job left a rough area. There is a slight budge at the same area. Near hear is a slightly thin area made obvious by budge. The shank appears to be out of round, this may or may not be an illusion due the last two defects mentioned. The portion added to increase the size is not quite plumb with the original. The ring was taken back. The jeweler did some work to smooth it out leaving the other defects intact. We initially decided to take our lumps and move on. We later decided to try to get our money back. The individual I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful and belligerent. To start with I read the reviews on this store and that's why I chose to give them a chance and I never have been so disappointed in a business like this one but this business has been so awful to do business with now here's the result I dropped off something to be repaired and after a few days I mean a week I started calling and no answer for another week and I would leave voice mails over and over for another week and got 1 call from the store and they was supposed to check on my item and get back to me and nothing again for over a week so I stopped by to get my item and take it to a some one else and I was told they just ordered the part yesterday.
