Oh my goodness! This place is amazing! We wish we would have started here and saved us time and money!!! If you are looking for great service and the best prices look no further! Tabitha is a rock star queen!!!! By far the best person we encountered on this mattress journey! I can't say enough good things about her! The warranty and local made beds was perfect for us and what we were looking for. New pillows to top it off WITHOUT breaking the bank! Thank you Tabitha for everything!! We will never go anywhere else! Update: We were about 5-6 weeks out on our new mattress when I decided it just wasn't firm enough for me. We went in there to exchange it because they have a 90 day return to see if it is the right mattress for you. Again, they were incredibly easy to work with and made this experience as enjoyable if not more enjoyable than the last. We had Adam, David and Devin all answering questions as my hubby and I walked around separately testing out mattresses! These guys are Incredible!!!!! They were so nice and knowledgeable without any pressure! We tried numerous mattresses with the pillows that we have at home that we bought from there last time. The staff were very nice and I bought a Purple pillow. Having looked at Purple before, I knew that Purple guarantees you will like their pillows or you can get a refund up to 100 days from purchase. Their mattresses have a similar "try-out" policy. When buying the pillow they did not have the size I wanted to try out, but I let the salesman know I would take the size they did and would return it within the 100 days if it did not work out.
After 65 days I took my Purple Harmony pillow back in as it did not offer the support I wanted with the intent of exchanging for a different (thicker) one. I found out that Mattress World does not honor the Purple warranty on pillows, just their mattresses. Purple told me they could not honor it because Mattress World is not a partner of theirs on pillows. This is disappointing to me for both companies to leave this gap on something advertised (purple.com) and agreed on (Mattress World). I am less likely to buy here in the future, but think both companies were very sorry they could not help me.
Update: I was contacted by Mattress World and they were very helpful and wished to honor the Purple trial period. I was able to select a new pillow which should arrive at the store this week. Read moreOrdered a bed. Was advised 4 to 6 weeks. Lied to several times by employees not telling us that a warehouse burnt down and that was the delay. They offered to switch out the mattress, but the upon delivery they delivered a cheaper frame which was not approved by us. So now instead of the head and feet moving only the head moves. Now waiting for over an hour for manager to call us. Worst experience buying furniture in my life. Wish we went somewhere else 2 and 1/2 months ago. Told them I expect a call in the next hour or I will hand deliver it back to their office demanding a full refund. Frustrated as I'm preparing for surgery here soon so this added stress and lack of communication is baffling. Will update once we see how they resolve this situation. Update: sales guy called on his day off after listening to my voicemail and said that he agreed we ordered a different base and would get us the correct bases by Friday. Will update on if that happens. Truly like the sales guy as he is the only one who seems to make it happen and doesn't just leave us hanging.
