Castle Megastore - Albuquerque, NM — Attraction in Albuquerque

We been to this store several times without problems, but the past couple of experiences have just been unprofessional, especially a store of this type. Me and my boyfriend went in about a month ago, to get lube and some toys, and this lady with blonde hair kept being pushy about the lube we were buying and the toys we were getting. Despite what I wanted, I bought her recommendations and ended up hating it. Tonight we went in again, and she happened to be there again.. We told the first employee we didn’t need any help looking around, which he respected and was cool with. But a minute later she came right up to us, after we made it clear we didn’t want help, and asked if we needed help again, we told her no we’re just looking. But in that same pushy way, she tried to up sale the toys we we’re looking at and almost wouldn’t...

This is the first time I’ve been in a store like this besides one other time with an ex girlfriend, so I was kind of nervous. When I walked in the door, I was welcomed by a lady named Ariel. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for, so she assisted me through my whole experience, making me feel more and more comfortable. Ariel was knowledgeable about everything I was curious about. She guided me to find the right fit for everything I needed. She is very professional, personable, and respectful all at the same time with a smile on her face. Also, I didn’t catch her coworkers name, but she was very helpful when I was having issues at the register as well. great place welcoming environment with more than you can imagine to choose from not to mention a surplus of genres and items, truly a megastore. The customer service was commendable; both Ariel and Kaleb were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed and comfortable and gave me tons of support and information, I felt Kaleb’s genuine concern for my satisfaction and budget and I greatly appreciated it. Ariel answered more questions than I could think of lol, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable she talked to me for a while and convinced me to get a great product then proceeded to walk me through the steps not only for use but for care as to make it last which was very considerate, and it was a cherry on top that she was beautiful.
