If I could give more stars I would! I called in advance to get info and the woman who answered was very informative & reassured me my toddler would love it. Soon, I walked in with my 2 year old and He couldn't wait to let lose! LITERALLY! While I was signing waiver/paying He was in tantrum mode not understanding why we were waiting. I almost left to calm him down but a woman who I believe was the owner asked if she could help by taking him for a tour while I finished up. That really surprised me! She even helped him change into the official Jungle Jam socks (which is a great way to keep everything sanitary) The trampoline area is great for all ages with BB hoops/dodge balls. The climbing equipment was clean and staff stays inside/close by to ensure everything runs smoothly. There's an area designated for younger children and games to earn tickets for prizes. Pizza was perfect, staff was friendly. I can go on & on. As we were getting ready to leave I let My son head to the climbing area 1 last time but He didn't come down the main slide. I didn't see him at all! I went up and searched and asked a staff member if he'd seen him & he saw him come out the other end. After searching the trampoline area I panicked a bit and was approached by someone who I believe is the owner. He said He stopped my son from out the front door after a friend he'd make & his family! I was horrified thinking of the what ifs! I thank so grateful for him & his attention to surroundings. I held my son tight and we left. Let me add the owner was counting points for prizes, checking ppl in checking with food bar.. Really working hard.. If definitely felt like a family run business. I just wanted to share my experience. I would recommend this place to anyone & would suggest signing in online before arriving. Thanks...
Read moreWe had a birthday party for my grandson’s 8th birthday recently. It was a fantastic experience! Jasmine helped me with the details of the party after my initial booking and she was also one of the hosts for our party. She was great to work with all around!
The tables and decorations were set up when we arrived. Plates, cups and napkins are provided as part of the party unless the participants choose to bring their own. We were given a schedule so we knew when drinks would be at the table, when the pizzas would arrive, as well as when they would begin cleanup and prep for the next party.
The hosts also worked with us on when we wanted to have cupcakes (that we brought) and when presents would be opened. Separate tables were available on arrival for all the presents.
One of the things my family noticed was how attentive Jasmine and the other hosts were to the party. Often these types of parties are set up well, but mostly ignored during the party. Here someone was always nearby to assist with anything we needed throughout the entire three hour party, which made the experience even better.
It’s also such a fun place for kids of all ages (including seniors) to have fun. There’s plenty of different things to do that are fun, and also fun to watch the kids and grandkids while they’re having fun. There are also attendants nearby all the activities, so if there is a question or a problem, it is easy to get assistance.
I highly recommend Jungle Jam for kids birthday parties, and also for overall fun!! It brings big smiles and great joy!
TIP: Highly recommend completing waivers online prior to visit. It reduces enormously the time it...
Read moreI brought my son here to beat the afternoon heat after calling and being told that everyone 2 and over was wearing masks, per the current health order. The owner, JD Lopez, was my cashier. I noticed that he and two other employees were not wearing masks over their noses, and I politely said that masks are ineffective unless covering both the mouth and nose, per CDC guidance. Mr. Lopez informed me that masks do not work anyway, and that in two days he would see me without a mask. He proceeded to remove his mask twice to speak rudely to me and my 1 year old son. It matters not that the public health order expires in two days. On today, September 14, it is a state government order to properly wear masks indoors. It's an EASY way for EVERYONE to do their part to keep others safe-- especially our most vulnerable children who cannot yet be vaccinated. I left and will not ever support this business again. It's not an issue of politics, for goodness sake. It's about supporting businesses who are doing the RIGHT THING and whatever they can to keep their customers safe. For Mr. Lopez to blatantly disregard what's safe and right for public health is infuriating. Mr. Lopez, had you simply put your mask on the correct way and said absolutely - I'll fix it, you would have had a loyal customer. Instead, you were rude and let your pride get in the way of owning up to your mistake. Take your business elsewhere -- Jungle Jam is not committed to doing what's best for...
