Had to update 9/7/2020. The ladies that were in the store today were amazing! I had an issue with the mobile app taking payment without my authorization. It just showed that my internet connection cut out then it took my payment. I was visibly upset when I was told that there wasn't anything that could be done today. The 2 employees, Sierra and Jerianna, were great dealing with me as an irate customer as well as taking care of their long line of customers. They reached out and got a manager involved. This manager also went out of her way to find a way to get my $ refunded asap when they initially thought it was going to take some time to contact a representative with the app to make the refund. I can't recommend Juice it Up enough! Every employee I've ever been in contact with is great. Everything they offer on the menu is awesome but the employees truly make this place the best! 1000% recommended to everyone!!! Thank you, again, Jerianna and Sierra for your help!
