Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Had to update 9/7/2020. The ladies that were in the store today were amazing! I had an issue with the mobile app taking payment without my authorization. It just showed that my internet connection cut out then it took my payment. I was visibly upset when I was told that there wasn't anything that could be done today. The 2 employees, Sierra and Jerianna, were great dealing with me as an irate customer as well as taking care of their long line of customers. They reached out and got a manager involved. This manager also went out of her way to find a way to get my $ refunded asap when they initially thought it was going to take some time to contact a representative with the app to make the refund. I can't recommend Juice it Up enough! Every employee I've ever been in contact with is great. Everything they offer on the menu is awesome but the employees truly make this place the best! 1000% recommended to everyone!!! Thank you, again, Jerianna and Sierra for your help! Sitting in line waiting on our, order my wife and watched as 8 customers came in and had their orders taken, made and walked out while my wife and i waited and watched. By the ninth customer we decide to tell the lady behind the counter that we were missing an item, the lady asked if we were back, I and my wife explained that we had never left..that we were waiting on an item that already made for two other customers. We asked to be compensated for our wait and time spent by refreshing my drink...i was then told that it wasn't my order that we were waiting on, but that of my wife. I asked my wife to follow me out... We left without our order ever being filled... We...

20 minutes on a pick up order placed at 11:10. It’s currently 11:31 and they just started blending up the order. Nowhere to really sit either. What was the order?

Staff seems friendly but definitely not efficient if they can’t even handle online pickups.
