Federidelfos Mexican food — Restaurant in Albuquerque

If I could rate a 0 I absolutely would. My fiancé and I just got engaged and we came to celebrate, we’re from outta town. We were super excited to try this restaurant based on the ratings. The service was horrible, food was not great and almost a disrespect to Taco Bell to say it was comparable to Taco Bell - but it certainly was 10x the price. 3 things were wrong with the order; we were missing two items, and one item was incorrect. We ordered no beans extra rice due to an allergy and were even charged for the rice that we did not get. Unfortunately we did not realize until we got back to our place that our order was completely wrong (too bad we didn’t try what we had). We tried to call and got no answer, mind you it’s 9:30 they are open 24 hours... We drove all the way back to the drive thru and try to respectfully inform the young lady about the wrong order to which she replied “do you still want the burrito” (one of the missing items. A whole burrito was missing out of 3 entrees… we get the extra rice and burrito and the order was “fixed” and instead of offering up an apology or sincerity for messing things up, the lady at the window sends us on our way. I ended up saying an apology would be nice and we even offered understanding that mistakes happen, to which she then said “I did say sorry”. We did not receive an apology and now lies were being spewed. We at least hoped for a good meal once it was all said and done and had to drive to/from 2x - but sadly we did not. I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla from this place. Total $66+ dollars. Again $66 for a burrito and a quesadilla. Instead of the qeusidilla I got some disgusting fries with a disgusting load of meat and cheese on it. When I called the restaurant, I the person who answered kept saying "Hello, hello, hello" and when I called the delivery driver the person who picked up kept saying "No abla english". I did eventually talk to someone who didn't pretend not to understand me or not to pretend they couldn't hear me. I was told I could pick up the Quesadilla, even though I paid and tipped very well for delivery. I tried the new location off 98th street and central. We waited in line for 30-45 minutes. I ordered the enchilada plate and asked for chicken. I received my enchiladas with cheese only. I ordered a kids burrito meal. I asked for ground beef to be added. I received it with only beans. I also ordered carne asada tacos. The meat was very very plain. Absolutely no seasoning to the meat. The corn tortillas was very dry. It was as if they just took the corn tortillas out of the package. The rice and beans are also very bland. There is just no flavor to any of their food.
