If I could give this target no stars I would. I'd like to also say that I've postponed writing this review in hopes this store would change there ways but their just as bad as it gets. I'll start with the light stuff, one time while shopping here my sister and I put back two glass coke bottles in the soda aisle where we were then followed by a target employee told "well is that were you found these? We wouldn't want them to break would we?" My sister and I looked at each other In utter disbelief that a paid employee would feel like it was ever appropriate to reprimand a paying guest... so with that already an interaction that happened, we try to avoid this Walmart whoops target at all cost. But today we set our differences aside and went in. Now I've been on crutches for some time, so I use a motorized cart to help me get around, the cart attendant was useless and overall rude. He watched as I tried to get settled into the cart only for him to tell me it wasn't working but should work (now). So I suggested he help me get one that works and he looked at me like I asked him to be my personal shopper. I've worked in retail and I understand when someone requests something that is truly above and beyond... this was not the case. He did not help me and was merely a person watching me. After some time the cart dies and within the time it took I watched 8 employees walk past me and stare and continue on. The first employee to actually help was the security guy so we've got the ratio of every 9 employees 1 will stop to help. But then an employee gives my mother a cart they believe she can now push me in? My mother is 70 years old, what world would she be able to push a cart around with the weight of someone's body? So at this point target is completely disappointed us, they are not adhering to ADA compliance and it is clear. The whole shopping trip continues to get worse, we leave, I write a review * the little spot dog on the bottom Of your receipt* and after filing that review out. We get a call from Dion or Dionne however her name is spelled, where her message sounded so empathic, Honest and over all concerned for our time. But I would not have called her back if I knew she was going to gaslight, remove responsibility of staff and self, I would have left it at a review. But she actively called us to actively reignite the emotions we experienced here. After the whole trip we cried in the parking lot because it was such a taxing emotional experience that honestly I don't want anyone to ever experience. Dione, Target on Coors, And Target as a whole, need to do better, be better and overall create a team that functions from " how would I want to be treated?" And train people accordingly. #youvebeenwarned...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI entered the store approximately 12:11 on Fridays 02,2024. I proceeded to the fitness area to purchase undergarments and fitness clothing for my upcoming trip. I went to the clearance aisle, which was still display, 30 to 70% off clearance. I found on the rack numerous sizes and three different colors of the fitness outfit. I was interested in purchasing I collected a couple more things I needed and went to self check out where I begin, scanning, I quickly noticed that the pricing on the clearance tag did not match what was being scanned to my right visibly, it was a younger male and an older Caucasian male who I was. Assuming was the manager he seemed very confident and arrogant. He came over to the register and scan the item. He automatically looked at me and told me that this was the wrong tag placed on the clothing and he knew for a fact that it was put there by someone else, other than the workers, I quickly assumed he was insinuating that I placed or switched the text. He then proceeded to tell me that the pricing of the tag didnāt match and he was for sure because he worked that department, and he proceeded to tell me again that, he cannot show me the item because the tagged match at this time I told him that he needed to notify the department and have them remove the remainder of the outfits because there was more than one and The had the same text. He told me he cannot show me the items and was very rude and confident as if he owned the store and that it was OK to display clothing for a clearance price but not sell it to the pain customer I proceeded to tell him that I no longer wanted to purchase anything from the store and he can kindly put everything I had back, and I was also going to go take pictures to submit and send to corporate, because this was uncalled for unprofessional and very distasteful stories such as corporation should not have a clearance rack. If they are not going to abide by what is on the tag as you can see in the pictures the tags were not messed with damage or improperly placed by customers as insinuated by the clerk, I will not be purchasing or going to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreManagement is terrible with customer service training!!!!!!! All management needs to be evaluated and re trained how to train employees!!!!!!!!There is a red headed lady that works in electronics. She is an absolute mean and disgusting person! First off she looked at me like she wanted to fight. After an awkward silence of stares I asked about the consumer cellular. She turns around without saying anything to me and tells another employee( who looked like she was training) that she is to help with cell phone stuff too cuz thatās just her job then huffed loudly in exasperation. Turns back to me then says one minute. After she helped the people in front of me. She proceeded to help me with my questions. Very obviously annoyed with my questions it gets to the point where she has to call consumer cellular to help with my problem. After she gets ahold of their customer service she actually pushes her to me at the counter with no prompt on how to continue I had to use her work phone to actually input information that she already had. It was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. She wasnāt wearing a name tag. Didnāt continue any conversation to help after she knew she was being rude. Terrible customer service. Any corporate personnel or management involved with delegations to this employee need to evaluated as well. Worst customer service Iāve ever received in all of retail!!!! Train your employees better! Train your management team better because they should be catching this and being active about reminders for customer service!! Trash customer service! Trash management and trash employees in my opinion also in my opinion you need to remove that person described from your team or they will continue to make your company...
