I went to look for graduation gifts for a family member, we were greeted while looking around and asked if we needed help; we didn't and were just browsing. My 6 year old son was throwing a tantrum, so his father took him outside. Rather than mind their own business, the two older women stood at the register, making comments to each other and gossiping about them while he was outside the store in a full tantrum. I was trying to finish shopping and asked if a coupon applied to all cards. I feel like the lady was very rude in her tone with me. I was searching the aisles for graduation cards while they watched the situation outside. The lady was polite when I was checking out, and when we were helping my son get in the car, I could see the ladies watching from the register. Went to buy a mother's day card and a gift card a few days after mothers day, found the boxes of cards which were removed from the shelf. I was able find one in a matter of minutes, where I was approached by an older woman who said the cards were not for sale. I practically begged this woman to please sell me this one card. She flat refused, I asked to call an owner or manager, she refused. I asked if she could ring it up another way, again refused. Wow seriously poor customer service. The ladies at this store are sooo nice and helpful, I can not say enough kind words for them. I did not like that the store closed in the mall and moved to the east side of town. My husband has gone to this store since it opened and he states the same thing, they are very nice and helpful.
