I rarely feel the need to go into this much detail. However, I think itās important to share my experience with Mor Furniture so others understand what to expect after a sale.
I made a furniture purchase from the Albuquerque showroom in early August 2025. From the start, part of my order arrived damaged, and I was told a replacement would be sent out on the next delivery truck. After waiting over a month, the replacement finally arrived but it turned out to be the same damaged piece that had been ārepairedā rather than replaced.
I reached out to customer service again and was told another delivery would be scheduled, which I appreciated. In that same email, the company clearly stated that compensation would be discussed once the new item was delivered successfully. I was patient and followed all their instructions. The new delivery was made on October 2nd, and I contacted customer service multiple times afterward on October 2nd, 3rd, and again on the 7th exactly as they had requested.
Unfortunately, after that point, Mor Furniture completely stopped responding. My follow-up emails and phone calls were ignored, and I never received any acknowledgment or update about the compensation they had promised to review. Itās disappointing because I gave them every opportunity to resolve things professionally and respectfully.
Iāve purchased furniture from other companies before and have always appreciated clear communication, even when things didnāt go perfectly. In this case, the lack of follow-through and customer care was honestly shocking. Iāve since had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that corporate will take accountability and address this issue properly.

We moved all of our furniture out of the living room and made adjustments and cleaned and weāre ready for the movers when they arrived, however, when the movers get there, they were very unprofessional, making jokes about prisons and such and was very uncomfortable, and then after moving the last piece in, they noticed that one part of it was missing legs to our furniture that they did not send. When the girl from the warehouse got on the phone, she told us that they could ship it to them or they could take our whole purchase and deliver it at another time this of Course was a burden on us due to the fact that we had already rearranged our house to make this furniture fit. The lady on the line did not care. She was rude when I asked her when we should get a call back. She said oh by the end of day, which sitting here at 5:30 PM, she still has not called me now we tried to reach the person who sold us the couch who gave us his personal number never called us back and wonāt take our call and now we are at the store wondering whatās going on I will tell you this much I will never be losing more again because if this is how they take care of their customers then I donāt want any part of them. When I shop for furniture I take the exact specifications I need and I go to all the major furniture outlets in Albuquerque. Once I find what I need I go back to that store and make the purchase. I needed to purchase a bunk bed and Mor was the first location I went to. They had exactly what I needed. The salesman (Kendal) was great to work with, no pressure. I went to the other furniture stores and decided the bed I wanted was at Mor. Again Kendall was great at facilitating my purchase. Here is part two of the story. One of the slats holding the mattress snapped when somebody was on the bed. This is not so unusual because it snapped right on a knot and the slats are made of wood. When I contacted Kendal about the situation he put me in contact with the warranty department. Again another amazing person (Shannon) assisted me with taking care of the warranty issue. Both Kendal and Shannon got me all set up and took care of my issue. Both were amazing to work with!
