I rarely feel the need to go into this much detail. However, I think it’s important to share my experience with Mor Furniture so others understand what to expect after a sale.

I made a furniture purchase from the Albuquerque showroom in early August 2025. From the start, part of my order arrived damaged, and I was told a replacement would be sent out on the next delivery truck. After waiting over a month, the replacement finally arrived but it turned out to be the same damaged piece that had been ā€œrepairedā€ rather than replaced.

I reached out to customer service again and was told another delivery would be scheduled, which I appreciated. In that same email, the company clearly stated that compensation would be discussed once the new item was delivered successfully. I was patient and followed all their instructions. The new delivery was made on October 2nd, and I contacted customer service multiple times afterward on October 2nd, 3rd, and again on the 7th exactly as they had requested.

Unfortunately, after that point, Mor Furniture completely stopped responding. My follow-up emails and phone calls were ignored, and I never received any acknowledgment or update about the compensation they had promised to review. It’s disappointing because I gave them every opportunity to resolve things professionally and respectfully.

I’ve purchased furniture from other companies before and have always appreciated clear communication, even when things didn’t go perfectly. In this case, the lack of follow-through and customer care was honestly shocking. I’ve since had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that corporate will take accountability and address this issue properly.

My advice to anyone considering Mor Furniture is to get everything in writing and to be cautious after your purchase is delivered. Thankfully I did keep a good paper trail.The products may look nice, but if something goes wrong, communication and resolution may be extremely...

This is why I always Way to leave a review until after my purchase has been delivered. They were so nice inside store trying to help us find the right couch for our family. We moved all of our furniture out of the living room and made adjustments and cleaned and we’re ready for the movers when they arrived, however, when the movers get there, they were very unprofessional, making jokes about prisons and such and was very uncomfortable, and then after moving the last piece in, they noticed that one part of it was missing legs to our furniture that they did not send. When the girl from the warehouse got on the phone, she told us that they could ship it to them or they could take our whole purchase and deliver it at another time this of Course was a burden on us due to the fact that we had already rearranged our house to make this furniture fit. The lady on the line did not care. She was rude when I asked her when we should get a call back. She said oh by the end of day, which sitting here at 5:30 PM, she still has not called me now we tried to reach the person who sold us the couch who gave us his personal number never called us back and won’t take our call and now we are at the store wondering what’s going on I will tell you this much I will never be losing more again because if this is how they take care of their customers then I don’t want any part of them. I cannot express enough, the amazing customer service I encountered with a recent Mor purchase. When I shop for furniture I take the exact specifications I need and I go to all the major furniture outlets in Albuquerque. Once I find what I need I go back to that store and make the purchase. I needed to purchase a bunk bed and Mor was the first location I went to. They had exactly what I needed. The salesman (Kendal) was great to work with, no pressure. I went to the other furniture stores and decided the bed I wanted was at Mor. Again Kendall was great at facilitating my purchase. Here is part two of the story. One of the slats holding the mattress snapped when somebody was on the bed. This is not so unusual because it snapped right on a knot and the slats are made of wood. When I contacted Kendal about the situation he put me in contact with the warranty department. Again another amazing person (Shannon) assisted me with taking care of the warranty issue. Both Kendal and Shannon got me all set up and took care of my issue. Both were amazing to work with! What I appreciated most of all was their personality, expert knowledge of their product, and a willingness to help. After spending weeks looking for a new couch, We walked into Mor and immediately found 4 couches that were perfect. even during the pandemic we are going to have our new couch delivered in under 6 days! the selection was incredible and the staff were laid back and friendly. this was the easiest purchase i have ever made. i can not wait to get our new couch! the attached photos are not the couch we bought. these are the ones we immediately saw and were excited about. we like the one we got so much i did not even think about taking a picture to think about later. even the purchase time was under 10 minutes with 24 month no interest financing. i do not even know how any other furniture store can compete with these guys. If you go to the one on Menaul and san mateo, ask for Lisa... she is amazing! thanks Lisa! A Side note. PLEASE GET RID OF THE FLORESCENT LIGHTING! it messes with the colors you see. the picture of me on the couch, that couch looks completely green in the store.

Kendal a very nice gentleman helped me. He offered me and my mom free pocorn and there was cups for sodas or coffee. He told us to look around enjoy ourselfs to take are time. He said he was there for us if we needed assitance. If i get a survey and let him know my expiernce with his asstiance he said time to time they let you know they have free gifts. I found a coutch that was super comfortable cozy. And has a one year warenty. We were happy laughing with joy. Because he let us know the extra stuff we can recieve also about the one year warrenty. It was a great and very welcoming expience. Very clean and neat enviornmeant. I defently recommend this location. Very professional sweet lovable gentlemen. My coutch got delivered. I thank the kind man & the good Lord God for blessing me with good people & my know new cozy afforable comfortable coutch.šŸ„°šŸ§øšŸ™
