Professional Nails — Attraction in Albuquerque

I’m giving an extra star for Cynthia, otherwise, it’s a solid 1. I was hoping to find a new nail salon to get my pedicures at and this place is only a 4 minute drive! Right in my neighborhood.

Cynthia was my nail tech for my pedicure and she was very kind, precise, professional, and skilled. She took her time and it was a very pleasant experience with her.

The owner, however, is INCREDIBLY rude. She made it very clear that she did NOT want my business. And so she will not get it.

I haven’t been treated so rudely in a while. And, as a small business owner myself, who has contact with many people each day, I will NOT recommend her shop to anyone. This is too bad because Cynthia was truly amazing, so if you have no where were else to go, make sure to ask for Cynthia. Because the owner is horribly rude. And she thought I didn’t notice. I got acrylic white tip nails and I have to say they are holding up really well. I haven't had the money for nails in a while so I'm really happy I found this place. So far the nails are holding up really well- I am not gentle with nails and because of that I often experience lifting. I made an appointment two days ago for a “fit in” appointment today. When I got there two of the three employees were reading the newspaper.
