Well let me start off by saying I don't typically reach out to people to fix my PC issues because I know what I'm doing. But I ran into an issue I couldn't fix. So I called this company first. Right away I got a guy saying that he didn't know if he could fix it but I could bring it in anyway so he could run diagnostic tests on it. That's already $$ being spent. Then I ask "how long ya thinkin?" He says it would be a 3 to 5 business days wait. Well I can't have my business computer down for 3 to 5 days that's then going to cost more money. Then he says if that's not good enough I can get you in faster if you pay more money to cut in front of these other people.. That's your typical Red Flag that this company is too expensive for the quality of work. Seems scamy. Won't be taking anything here. Brought my phone in to see if they could repair. Stopped back in and was told it probably wasn't fixable but he could try to "clean up the board" a bit more for another hour, but that it probably still wouldn't work. That would bring my total to $60 instead of $30 as they charge $30/hour. I agreed with him that it probably wasn't coming back so I prepared to pay him his $30 when he offered to "recycle" the phone for me. I said it's ok I'll just keep it. Then he gave it to me completely disassembled in pieces and said "you can take it like this or I can put it back together for an additional $15. I was so shocked that he didn't just put it back together because it was completely intact when I brought it in. I had to agree because I couldn't reassemble it myself. My phone was run over by a bike. I really thought I'd need a new phone as it wouldn't even turn on, but Computer Specialists fixed it to like new state. I had gotten to their store a few minutes past their closing, they were kind enough to unlock the door and get me in the system to leave it there to be worked on first thing when they opened.
