Customer Service thumbs down. I went in there with a gift receipt to return two items. Didn't ask me how I wanted the refund.....she refunded it back to the gifters card. So now, not only am I out a gift, but I also have to have an awkward conversation with the person who gifted me the items from creative touch since they refunded it back to her card. Didn't try to make the situation right...just basically said tuff luck. Probably...

Went into this boutique during a family trip to Alex. Love, love, love everything about this store! They have a lot home decor, and we bought some while there. My sister-in-law saw a very meaningful sign as we were leaving the store, so I was thrilled to learn that I could order online and have it shipped. She loves it. This store has CUTE clothes too!...
