This store clearly discriminates against Black people. I picked up a pack of thyme that was priced at $0.99 while I was on the phone. My other hand was checking the nutritional information on different chicken packages. At one point, I briefly put the thyme in my pocket but immediately took it out when I chose a chicken to buy. Moments later, a security guard approached and asked if I had something in my pocket. I told him I didn’t. He said they saw me put something in my pocket on camera. I told him that, at that moment, there was nothing in my pocket. After checking, he let me go.

While I was waiting in line at the cashier, the same security guard approached me again and told me I couldn’t purchase anything from the store. I asked why, and he said it was because of what they saw on camera. I asked if he found anything when he had checked my pockets earlier, but he just repeated that they had seen it on camera. He then escorted me out of the store. It’s disgusting that an international store would treat Black customers like this. Absolutely racist and unacceptable.

This store is trash. I went in about a hour ago and I had a small backpack with me (sing back) and I went in just for 2 lemons. The security guard came by and said come follow me I replied excuse me He repeated himself. So I did he showed me a sign (only one in the entire store) in Spanish I have to think it was in Spanish. I only speak write plus understand English. I turned around and walked to the door and said I would never shop here again. I had a lot more to say. Now I hope a woman (many or any and all even men who are wearing makeup) go in and have large bags /purses and steal many expensive items. The store is trash. With my experience I feel like posting without exaggerating. The security guard did say I could put my bag in the office and my response was no if you do not trust me I do...

Tengo 6 años comprando en esta sucursal. Hay días que te atienden muy amables, pero hay días que son muy repugnantes con las personas que somos clientes, especialmente las personas encargadas o las que deben de firmarte y sellarte la tarjeta de recompensas de los $50.00. Pues mi caso es que yo vine a comprar el día Viernes 7 de Febrero 2025, gasté $106.99 en compras lo que amerita un sellito por la comprar mayor de $100.00 lastimosamente yo no andaba mi tarjeta de recompensas y le dije a la persona que no la andaba entonces escribió en el recibo que yo había olvidado la tarjeta y que cuando yo regresara me lo iban a colocar en la tarjeta. Hoy día Sábado 15 de Febrero 2025 regresé a comprar y juste gasté otra vez más de $100.00 y fui donde te dan los sellitos en la tarjeta de recompensas, entonces le mostré el recibo del 7 de Febrero 2025 en donde gasté $106.99 en compras y justo la señora encargada me dijo que no me puede dar el sello porque la persona no le firmó el recibo de compra, pero es ilógico porque si escribieron que olvide la tarjeta de recompensas, pero no la firmaron. Yo le dije a la señora encargada que de igual manera si podía poner el sello porque yo vengo a comprar siempre a esta tienda y muy molesta empezó a preguntarme que quién había sigo la persona que me había escrito eso y yo le dije no lo sé, yo no conozco a las personas de acá ni sé cómo se llaman. Entonces bien molesta y sin dejarme terminar de hablar empezó a decirme en voz demasiado alta que no y que no me daría el sello porque ellos los encargados escriben en inglés y yo le dije que no era cierto porque a mí no es primera vez que se me olvida la tarjeta y siempre me escriben en el recibo en español nunca en inglés, pero la señora cada vez alzaba más la voz tanto que todas las cajeras y los demás clientes volteaban a ver, mi esposo me dijo que mejor nos retiráramos y que no volvíamos a regresar a esa tienda porque no es primera vez que lo tratan mal a uno, uno va a comprar ahí muchas veces porque es lo más accesible que tiene, pero ahí se les olvida que ellos también son humanos y mayormente hispanos y se dan el lujo de hablarte bien feo y gritarte no es nada justo. Prácticamente es un robó el que te hacen, cuando uno no sólo gasta $100.00 , muchísimas veces hemos gastado hasta $300.00
