My name is Miss Barr I went through the drive-through because I'm handicapped I ordered 2 chicken sandwich with extra Mayo no Pickles. One for me one for my Husband they put that hot and spicy Sauce On it.OMG It also had pickles where we had to throw away because we could not eat them. So I figured I should give Them another try. We just Open them up and the same thing they loaded it with that hot sauce No Mayo They don't give you what you order. if you try to call they don't answer the phone. The young lady could not understand English so she had me pull to the window. Then she repeated my order back to me.Best she could.. Don't know if it's the people packing the order. Or where the breakdown is. Very sad to have to throw food away because you cannot eat it. Not to mention the money wasted. So I suggest check your order you will have to open the sandwich to make sure you get what you paid for. Other than that you are Out of luck no accountability !!!!! I understand mistakes but when it keeps happening there's a problem. This is the 1st bad review I have ever done I feel like this one is well...

I recently visited the local Popeyes and was unfortunately met with a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Efrain. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we did not feel welcomed. Efrain's demeanor was rude and dismissive, which significantly impacted our dining experience.
Customer service is crucial in the food industry, and it was clear that this was lacking during our visit. We expected to be treated with respect, but instead, we felt overlooked and unvalued as customers. It's essential for management to understand that every individual who walks through the door deserves dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances.
I strongly recommend that the headquarters consider retraining Efrain in customer service skills. A positive attitude and respectful treatment can make all the difference in creating a welcoming environment for patrons. I hope future customers have a better experience...
Read moreThis is in miserable location! What makes the location even worse is that the manager it is the one with the worst attitude. I witnessed him smug demeanor. He would not even speak to a gentleman who was simply asking him for some salt and pepper packets.
As another gentleman was waiting for his food, it continued. If he didn't slam his food onto the tray, he was just sliding the man's food on the counter.
I entered the location #143 on Mount Vernon Ave in Alexandria around 1:40. It took several minutes for him to simply acknowledge that I was waiting to place an order. He was just miserable. It was no a pleasant experience. I shall not be patronizing this location again. It was in fact my first time there.
What makes matters even worse, the food was not good at all. The chicken was over done, the rolls were very hard and the portions were way off. The large order of onion rings was the funniest thing I ordered. Picture attached. Find another location...
