I’ve been here a few times, and I always receive helpful and friendly service. Its been awhile since I last bowled in a league so I “needed” a new ball LOL I had ordered a Storm Tropical Surge online for $99 and brought it in to get drilled. If you buy a ball here, then drilling the finger holes is included so in hindsight it would have been more cost effective to purchase the ball here but I wasn’t sure they would carry the exact one I wanted - which is scented and smells like birthday cake.

Plenty of parking but space to get in and out of the plaza on Pickett can be tight.

As soon as I brought in my ball, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman and he asked many questions about my other balls and my grip so we could find the best fit for my new ball. He measured my fingers and it took 15 minutes to get it drilled. Plenty of bowling bags, shoes, balls & accessories to look at while you’re waiting. Once they were done, I rolled it down the carpet lane to get a good feel and off I went. They told me to come back if the holes need a little tweaking after I bowl with it.

Started bowling for real this years got my first ball at a different place. Found these guys online and through recommendation. Went and got two new balls and a bag. Yes the balls are priced higher in shop vs online but the balls come drilled and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. You will get measured and they will talk style of balls for your individual throw. They even drill your online purchase. The drilling is professional better then anywhere else I've been locally. They save your measurements too. I have had my older ball redrilled here for a better fit. All around in my few visits I've had the best service and I will continue to use...

I went there with my son today to get bowling balls custom fit. Mike helped us with our balls and was so knowledgeable and fantastic and also just a very nice guy. We are both so happy with our custom balls, I have a very short fat thumb and he fit it perfectly. He really knows what he’s doing. Connor helped us with our shoes in our bag and was also very knowledgeable and nice. . I didn’t even know that store was there. I’m so glad I found them.
