Worst nail salon ever. I have gotten my nails done every 2 weeks for 15 years. I got tips and dip powder on today. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. My appointment was at 1 and I arrived at 12:50. Someone came in late to their appointment and they took them ahead of me. I told my nail tech I had an appointment at 3 so I had to be gone before that. They started doing the wrong thing to my nails so I let the nail tech know. He then left and sat on his phone in a different chair and there were 2 other workers on their phone too. All the available workers ignored me for about 20 minutes until a different lady finished up with someone to come do my nails. My hands are bloody in many spots from the nail tech nicking me many times. All of my nails are glued down to the skin all around and underneath. It was 2:45 and reminded my tech I had to be gone soon as I had an appointment at 3 across town. She finished my nails at 2:57 which made me late for my appointment to the point where my other appointment couldn’t take me anymore. When I went to pay I told them I had been there over two hours and in the 15 years I’ve had nails done I’ve never had them take this long or look like this. I asked if there was anything they can do. I usually never complain. They got the manager and I explained what happened she told me it was my fault because that mail tech takes longer and I should have asked for someone quicker. How am I supposed to know if people go slower or faster I didn’t actually request that person. I explained that my appointment was at 3 and it was made 3 months ago and really hard to get into and that I was very disappointed. This is when the manager left mid sentence put her hand up at me and went back to doing someone else’s nails and told me from across the salon I need to pay full price and to ask not to have her next time. Unfortunately not my favorite salon experience - I was hopeful with 4.3 stars that it would be great but the moment you walk in you are hit with an extreme chemical smell. It was overwhelming and by the end of the appointment I had a strong headache. The two people I was with and I waited at least five minutes before anyone even offered to check us in - no “just a minute” or acknowledgement that we were even in the shop. We had pre-booked appointments and didn’t start until 15-20 minutes after our scheduled time. When we finally got started the water for the pedicures was tepid and while the nail technician were kind, none of the pedicures were above mediocre at best. One of the people I was with had a bubble of polish form on her toe and asked for it to be fixed and they painted over it with a different color than the polish she chose. She didn’t want to be a bother since they were busy and chose to come back later to have it fixed. When she went back she had to wait another 30 minutes for her toe to be fixed and their solution was to paint over all of her nails with the wrong color instead of fixing the toe. She objected and thankfully was able to just get the one toe fixed. While no one was outright rude it certainly wasn’t a very welcoming environment and that paired with subpar service will have me choose a different...

I called on Sunday and to my surprise, they were open. So I asked if they had time for me to come in. They said yes, So my daughter and I made our way there. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish, and a design, my daughter got a manicure with gel polish. The lady that did my Pedicure was a trooper. I didn’t even think about shaving my legs before I went, and they were scary hairy 😳. And I’m not kidding when I say scary. I would like to tell you this is the first time this happened to me, But that would be a lie. I Have went to other salons when I’ve made last-minute appointments with scary hairy legs. Now, at those appointments, I could tell that the person working on my feet was talking about me and my scary hairy legs, and didn’t do a great job at massaging my legs either (I don’t blame them, I wouldn’t want to either), But this woman, she put her all into it, and I don’t even care if she was talking trash about my legs she did it anyways!
