Nestled in the heart of Alexandria, MN, Copper Trail Brewing Company is a true gem that offers a fantastic experience for both craft beer lovers and food enthusiasts. The welcoming atmosphere, with its industrial-style decor and a blend of modern and rustic elements, makes it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a great meal. On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying Citrus Sundown the Blood Orange Sour, and it was a delightful surprise. The beer was perfectly balanced, with a tart, refreshing sourness complemented by a burst of bright, fruity blood orange flavor. It's a must-try for anyone who enjoys a unique and well-crafted sour ale. To go with the beer, I ordered the al pastor tacos from the on-site 205 Grill, and they were phenomenal. The pork was flavorful and tender, and the tacos were loaded with fresh toppings that perfectly complemented the savory meat. It's clear that the food is made with the same attention to quality and craftsmanship as the beer. Beyond the delicious food and drinks, Copper Trail has a vibrant and lively vibe, with plenty of seating both indoors and out. They also host a variety of events, including live music and trivia nights, making it a great place to gather with friends and family. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive experience. If you find yourself in Alexandria, Copper Trail Brewing is a destination that should...
Read moreWe found “gold” at the end of the Alexandria rainbow in our local Copper Trail Brewing! In March we hosted a St. Patrick’s day celebration for all of our amazing team members. It was trivia night and the place was packed but the Copper Trail staff insured we had our own spot, off to the side, that was spacious and yet a spot that felt like our own! They accommodated us in every way possible and even went the extra mile allowing our employees to turn in our homemade “four leaf clover” drink tickets. They just tallied them up at the end of the night! Allowing our own management a little time off from “managing” and time to just sit and enjoy visiting our co-workers.
We are one “lucky” community to have such wonderful, local businesses like Copper Trail Brewing.
Thanks Copper Trail team for making our journey to the end of the rainbow - golden! 🌈

Read moreMy wife and I are repeat customers at Copper Trail and we enjoy the beer and atmosphere of the brewery. On our most recent visit we came on a day when the brewery had a fantastic musical guest Riley Spindler. However the experience on that day was less than optimal due to the number of unsupervised children in the brewery. Parents sitting having their beers without making sure their children were not being a disturbance to other patrons. My wife and I had to move seats multiple times to find a "quieter" part of the seating area. The staff did not seem interested in having parents actually supervise their children. Many breweries that are dog friendly have reasonable rules for dogs that are accepted by dog owners. Could thos be considered for children also. A brewery space is not an...
