This place is like Target with more shoes selection. And the shoes come in issues with customer as well.
Unlike others such as Ross or Marshall’s, they do have many more shoes for everyone, but it is really annoying that they intentionally do not put the price tag on the shoes, so you have to bring the shoes to the cashier and she can scan to tell you the price. I don’t know why they do this to burden the employees and customers. I ended up without buying anything there. But their selection is more complete and newer than their competitors for sure.
The other thing I like is the return and refund process. They have a counter in front of restroom for that purpose. It does not take the line for people to check out and pay, they separate it to make things go faster and this is really a smart move.
I came here for Sephora and was impressive to see it inside this place. My first time to be here because I always thought this was some sort of appliances or furniture store. What is impressive is it does look like Target without fresh food or drink and is much cleaner than Ross, the price is also similar to that of Marshall’s.
Basically I like this place, spacious and clean. The rest room is also quite clean. They put on 2nd floor to avoid homeless, my guess. But it does help us who do shop there.

Read moreOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER NTERACTION AND ASSISTANCE... the way shopping should be on this Friday morning I was able to come to Kohl's and find things that I didn't even think Kohl's had to offer! All that I needed for a photoshoot tonight. So thank you to BIANCA going that extra step taking me from Department to department and going in the back room and finds me what I needed. The kicker is she offered to do this I didn't have to ask. And instead of just saying sorry we don't have it or sending me off to another store I left not only dropping $300 finding everything I needed a Kohl's in Alhambra but super super satisfied with all the employees I interacted with or watched interacting with each other they all seem very happy and management is doing an outstanding job I love having the manager standing at the front when I'm checking out monitoring the line keeping everything slowing my shopping experience was excellent! Read moreWalked in today at around 10:15am to pick up my Nike Air Max order (order: 6631589441) on spot 288, only to find an empty box?! Last night at 11:04pm I got a reminder order so I walked in this morning and someone had taken or stolen my package. I don’t get why you would put Nike shoes out on the floor instead of requiring to pick up order behind the Customer Service counter and the female representative could not answer this either. I tried to place a replacement order with a price adjustment and Kohls.com refused? This is unacceptable, Kohls looses my package and refuses to do a replacement order honoring the same exact price I paid. I will be doing a BBB complaint. I cannot ascertain if this was a mistake and maybe one of your employees put the item on the floor or if the package was stolen. If it was a thief, you need to take theft serious, you need to run the cameras, and you need to find and prosecute the thief. I hope the BBB complaint will help bring some clarity and hopefully I can get the replacement package for the same price I originally paid not a higher price you are now trying to charge me after my package got lost/stolen on...
