I'm not one to really write reviews but this got me the wrong way. I like to go to Jamba in the mornings to grab something before work. I like to get a peanut butter & jelly smoothie. The employees have always been very kind to make it for me or write it down and do it. I really appreciated it. However, today whoever is working there was rude (around 8:30am). Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I asked if he could make the smoothie and he said no. I was showing him my phone to show the ingredients and just said no, don't have the ingredients. He was so curt about it. He didn't offer any suggestions or explain, just a no. He didn't even specify what they didn't have - the berries, yogurt, milk? I wish I had gotten his name, but we just walked out. I will probably think twice about going out of my way to get a drink here or make sure he is not working.

I called to let them know they got a LARGE order wrong, and the guy kept interrupting me, after I asked him not to, he said he wouldn't fix the order since I was rude, WTF!?!? you can't be rude to a customer and then expect them to give you the BEST attitude, not to say I was rude because I wasn't.
