This F45 studio is awesome! My wife and I have never been “workout people” and were both super intimidated to try it out. We started with the 7 day free trial and were both hooked the first day. The workouts push you to your personal limit without killing you. My favorite part about the workout style is that is all time based instead of rep based. Do how ever many reps you can in 30 secs then you get to rest. It’s all at whatever pace you can handle. On top of the amazing workouts, the trainers are the best! Jeri Sue, the lead trainer, is such an amazing person and is super motivating. She’s always there to help and you can tell that training is her passion and calling. Her whole goal is to help you to be the best version of yourself and to walk beside you during your fitness journey. The team Jeri Sue has assembled is amazing, Jerome and Jennifer are such awesome people and are always there motivating and guiding you through the workouts. There have been many times where I’m standing there trying to figure out what the heck I am supposed to be doing and they are great at coming along side of you to show you what you need to do. This is personal training in a team environment where everyone is there to support you through it.
