Store S8318-290726 I’ve been meaning to send this for some time. I want to recognize Kelly at the 11740 Haynes Bridge Rd store. I first met her before the store moved and was kind of a regular. Then Covid hit, the store moved, and I hadn’t visited for a couple of years. I went through the drive-thru one Friday and she recognized my voice and called me by name! I’m not a regular now but every time I drive thru between 545-645 am and she’s there, she recognizes me. How does she do this? She is always super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She’s a magical person. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Another person I want to shout out is Shadrach at the same store. He’s an early bird too and is always friendly and kind. Thank you!

My boyfriend ordered a Pink Drink for me, which comes with coconut milk by default — a big reason he chose it, since I’m lactose intolerant. After drinking it, I started feeling sick at work and realized it had been made with regular milk instead.

I can only assume they ran out of coconut milk and decided to use whole milk without telling me — which is incredibly negligent, especially for people with dietary restrictions. This isn’t just a taste preference — it’s a health issue.

I got sick from something that should’ve been easily avoided with basic communication and care. If your store is out of something, especially a default ingredient tied to dietary needs, you have to let the customer know.

Really disappointed, and I’ve reached out to Starbucks corporate in hopes they take this seriously. I won’t be returning to this location...

I just wanted to brag on my little Starbucks today.. this is my store that I go to the most, right by work, convenient, you name it. However, if it wasn’t as convenient, as it is, I would still go… The barista‘s working at all different times of day know me and know my order very well. I usually use my app, but today I couldn’t get my payment working… So I just pulled up to the drive-through said my name and they knew exactly what I wanted… You can’t find that everywhere!
