Stopped in today to drop off my broken PS2. First off, I had called and talked to the owner Richard a few days prior to my arrival. Richard was very informative and friendly. Secondly, the fact that they are pretty much the only reasonable shop that repairs systems earns them 5 stars. Dean was working and he was super polite, personable and willing to show me around the store. When looking around, I noticed their pricing was really good, in comparison to some other stores. Read moreWorst customer service ever. I bought something here and didnt even leave the store before i noticed something was wrong with it. Anyway i decided i didnt want it. The manager got exceedingly rude to me when i tried to return something i literally purchased 1 minute earlier and never left the store.
It eventually climaxed with the cussing me out and telling me to leave and never come back.
They wouldnt let me test the console but i knew something wasnt right as soon as I noticed something. (By the way the console didnt work when i plugged it it)

Ended up buying some skate stickers and a few retro games and video output to hdmi converter while I was there. Nice selection of games for ALL consoles and the owner and wife were amazing. Nice hometown small business you want to spend money at. Highly recommend going there! Plan on getting a skateboard for my daughter as well...
