One of the better escape rooms we have done. Rooms are very well thought out and fun. We have done 2 of their escapes room and had planned on doing the third, until today. I will never go back or recommend to any friends/family because of the way I was treated by the management. We booked for 8 people and three had to cancel. We called to see what arrangement could be made and no refund was available, but we could use the credit on another room....this would have worked out GREAT. Get to the escape room and we told the sweet lady upfront the situation and we wanted to book the next room, but unfortunately it was sold out. She then told us we can call back and book at another date. So that’s what we did! Called today and was treated so rudely and was told “to listen better!” Needless to say, we didn’t get credit to do another room! I have never been spoken to like that from a grown man. Management really needs to work on their...

You guys don't have a single creative bone in your body, AND you lie through your teeth. Anyone reading this review plus your response should be afraid of even giving you their credit card information. I don't want to think about the shady stuff you would do behind closed doors.
This business is sad and not a good pillar for for the Amarillo community. Do not support them with...
Read moreWe took my brother here for his bachelor's party. We had an absolute blast. The rooms were well designed and challenging but not too hard. Amy and Kersei the two ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. They even showed us how some of the behind the scenes stuff actually ran the rooms. For an hour in the room, the price at $20 a person was very fair. There were drinks available in the lobby for very reasonable prices. The only reason I give it 4 stars is there were a couple of minor malfunctions in the second room we did. Amy or Kersei came in and fixed/overrode them real quick so we didn't have any real problem with them. Overall a very fun experience and a good value...
