Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts — Attraction in Amarillo

Friends of Fogelberg concert was as fantastic as in the past! Especially liked Insufficient Funds & also Maggie Scales singin 🎻. Joe Ed can't be beat - what a presence he makes! Bob Hopkins piano & singing like the pro he is. A J Swope's former drummer the best in Amarillo & probably Dallas too. I know I'm forgetting some more but you were all gr8! Special thanks to Tarpley Music. Also can't forget Dr. Kibbey as Mr. Rogers & alter ego Neil Diamond. I think his singin gets a little better every year. Stayed on 🔑 much of the X I think. Shouldn't quit day job (urology) though. Great concert. Can't wait...

Okay so number one this hotel is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in for the money it was awesome the waitstaff is amazing the people that work here are very nice the room was amazingly huge had two different rooms in it two TV's very very nice place and very clean the cleaning people do a great job they don't miss anything I give this hotel a 5 out of 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this place to everybody I know great job guys keep up the good work. All of the Amarillo Youth Choir performances are here, and I really dislike this venue. While it is beautiful and there is a lot of seating, the arms of the seats are very narrow and you are forced to rub elbows with people on either side. Not to mention the horrendous parking!!! There is too much going on between here and the Civic center to provide enough parking accommodatiins for every patron. It...
