Calleed today about seeing about payments for my car loan and paying towards the principal and the lady in the loan's department aced like she didn't know anything about paying towards the principal. Then she just kept asking me what the guy's name was that I spoke with last time after I told her several times that I do not remember his name. Great bank, really great service in the branches. Its a local bank, so they really make an effort to reinvest back into the community, which i like. That being said, they phone support is HORRIBLE.
