Since I'm in retail and deal with many people with unrealistic exceptions I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews but the receptionist I just spoke with about tickets I purchased months ago not showing on my account as scheduled was probably the most rude and unhelpful person I've encounter in months. Lady if you don't value your job and are miserable then quit and go do something else that won't require you to help the paying customers who are the sole reason you have a job to begin...
