Horrible experience. Went to Jeff Dunham show last night and got kicked out for having fun and hollering woohoo when everyone else was laughing and having a good time too. I saw Jeff at golden 1 center in California last year and had fun the same and no one complained. Staff way over reacted. If I spend 100 for a tix I should be able to have fun and laugh like everyone else. If I could put 0 stars I would. Cant believe I drove 2.5 hours and spent that money and had this happen. I will NEVER come here again and will tell all my friends the same. Shame on you. IN RESPONSE: Like I said, I've seen him before and I was only laughing and showing excitement and joy at his jokes. Was not a problem before. Just because someone complains does not mean the behavior is excessive. I was not standing up or engaging other patrons in any way. The staff over reacted. What was I supposed to do, sit in my seat and chuckle quietly? This was the fault of the staff and they should have observed the behavior themselves and not just taken at face value a complaint. And maybe your warning should have been more clear. I was NOT notified that my behavior could be subject to ejection from the show. I was just told a couple people complained. The people sitting beside me and in the row in front I had specifically asked if I was bothering them in which case I would be quieter. None of them had any complaints, nor had they went to the back at all at any point in the show. So it was obviously someone behind and they were EXTREMELY overly sensitive. As I said staff should have observed because a complaint does not mean something is wrong other than that person or group that came together expected everyone to just...
Read moreI was so frustrated last night after Randall’s graduation 🎓, we were leaving but had to take a bathroom break before we left. I walk out of the bathroom and automatically hear some event staff men yelling, get out the doors, get out the doors!!! We didn’t know if it was an emergency or what! So we proceeded to leave, I am parked on one side of the building and my family on the other. As we are walking yet again someone yelling get out the door people, leave the building!!! It wasn’t a minute later and we see people bombarded at the doors wanting to get in for another graduation but he stops us and says I need y’all to leave, we explain that’s what we are doing but the doors he wanted us to go out were not reasonable due to 1. you are fighting a massive crowd trying to get out. 2. I am parked on the complete other end of the building. Anyway, my family proceed out that door and I kept walking and told another security personal that I was going towards my car and he said that’s fine just as long as you are leaving and I told him yes I was leaving, definitely had no problem with that. He said sorry and as long as your leaving we will stop harassing you, I said yeah I have had enough of that!! I promise you this all took place within 5-10 minutes and we were trying to walk but each time it took for someone to be a rude a$$ it took longer!! Why don’t you prepare better so that you don’t have to be...
