I would like to start by saying I have encounter many people in this ACT community and they have been wonderful, matter of fact I had a great encounter with some of the ladies that are in the upcoming play 9-5 so great I and 5 of my friends were thrilled to go see it! HOWEVER the woman at the box office who sells tickets was EXTREMELY RUDE when I was in there getting ready to buy a bunch of tickets and sign my son up for acting lessons. Not only did it take he 10 minutes to realize I was there despite me ringing the bell and saying "hello" but she was extremely short with me as I was inquiring about dates that could accommodate multiple people. When asking about acting lessons for my child she didn't even try to help me or give me information and in a rude tone told me to go look on a table for the info, a table that had all out dated information on it literally info from months ago. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and it is unfortunate because I was really hoping to have my son start with ACT. If you are going to be the face of the theater you should really be a little more aware of how rude you come off to the people coming in wanting to support your place...
