They asked me to bring my donations down to their store so I did the next day only to have them not even want to look at it. The guy working the donation area said to me âas you can see weâre fullâ and I repeatedly had to tell him I was told to bring my donations but wasnât told theyâre full. They said they got full âjust about an hour agoâ, so I posted on their Facebook page to suggest they post to let customers know when they get full. Is that really too much to ask, to make a facebook post that takes no longer than 2 minutes? Instead of replying to my comment with some kind of reassurance (or maybe even an apology) they made a separate comment saying âLike all great charity shops, we get full sometimesâ and itâs ânot feasibleâ to make a quick post on their page to inform customers. It already seems unprofessional for not directly addressing to my comment, they even deleted my comment. I donât know how many customers of theirs enjoy bringing a full car load of stuff to them when they ASKED the customers to do it in the first place, they seemed ok with having customers make wasted trips after asking them to. I actually love the little store but this is not correct attitude. I wasnât demanding an apology but I sure didnât appreciate being made to feel like it was my fault for âcausing them inconvenienceâ....

It breaks my heart to feel like we aren't considered when they price things and separate name brands and out price us...
