I found Drink Your Veggies online, after looking over their website I decided to jump into trying their 5-day meal plan cleanse. It really helped to accelerate my ambition in living a healthier lifestyle and weightloss goals. I have become a huge fan of the simplicity of making a smoothie for Breakfast, juice, protein ball and fruit for Lunch and lastly one of their meals for Dinner.
