The staff there were nice. I didn’t meet the manager but they never showed face and called me once about the liability insurance. They required me to go in person to cancel it and with my busy schedule and their operation hours I couldn’t go until a few days later. When I went in they literally took it off and said I was good without giving me any email or written confirmation. I never got a receipt or email of the charges later and I find out they charged me $174 for about 5 or 6 days of liability insurance. Their website quotes $8-17 depending on area per day. My insurance for a whole month would typically cost a bit less than $174 so I don’t know how it’s possible for them to charge that for 5 or 6 days. I also don’t know why it’s REQUIRED I go into an enterprise location if all they’re going to do is take it off on their computers. I still have yet to receive an email, a receipt, a contract, literally anything as to what the charges were for. I asked them to waive it and they just said no. It was just a few days. A big company like this penny pinching over a couple hundred dollars. They already got around $1200 from the insurance because the body shop took way too long to fix my car and it’s not like they’re paying for the gas. The car insurance has to be paid or under my insurance so they make over $1200 in a span of 34 days just because they let you borrow a car? Keep in mind you can lease a car like a Honda Civic for around $440 a month. I called when I first got the charge and the guy said the manager doesn’t work weekends so they’ll get to me on Monday and I never got any follow up. I let my bank try handling it and then the bank just said the charges were correct but I never even received a receipt, contract, etc.
Update: spoke to the branch manager. Handled the situation very well. Anyone wondering about the damage waiver, it is optional. It is $33 a day. Make sure you know that it’s optional because IMO I didn’t get an option. Thankfully I’m getting a reimbursement. Changed the review back to 4 stars because I’m glad it got settled but took a star off just because of the time I had to spend to handle...

Read moreI rent here because it's about 5 minutes walking from where I live so it's really convenient.
However, every single time after I drop off the vehicle to them, the agents always pretend I don't exist and ignore me.
Today was really the last straw. I made a reservation days ahead of when I needed the vehicle for today; something like 3 or 4 days. So I called today to verify my reservation and ask if I could go in at noon instead of my 1 o'clock reservation time. The agent said, "Sure, come on in" and when I asked what type of vehicle they have for me she said she had a Toyota Corolla. 'Great!' I thought.
As I arrive at the place and tell them "Hey, it's me, I just called" the agent at the counter looks mystified as to why I am there early and says they cannot and do not have a car ready and I will have to wait until 1 o'clock. I obviously walked out.
In short, these people that work at this particular Enterprise, do not value your time at all. Today is a very busy day for me, I have to take my mom to the airport and I have to go to work; I don't need my time to be wasted here nor should you...
