The service of the receptionists in the front desk were terrible ! I called to make an appt. and I wanted the latest appt. which they told me it was 6:30pm so I booked my appt. I was running a little late so I called to let the receptionist know, they told me that it was ok but when I got there a different story. 1-the receptionist said that I had to leave by 7:10pm because they were going to close and I got there approx. 6:38pm(never told me this when I called that they were going to cut my time) Wish I new this before hand . 2-When I got out I noticed that 2 rooms were being used by other customers. So I was confused when I saw this. I mentioned to the receptionist I thought I was the last one so I had to finish my session sooner. The Receptionist response : That they had someone else coming at 7:30pm and that they needed the room. Me: You guys have more than 5 empty rooms and from my understanding that your latest appt. was at 6:30pm. The receptionist couldn't get their story start after I asked her theses questions. I was in a hurry to get out because I didn't want to hold them up to close but I found out otherwise!!!!! I've been coming to this sauna for the past 4 years and always had a good experience until now!!!!! This will be the last time I will be coming to this...
