There staff is very attentive and friendly. I am currently doing some remodeling am I home and have you children I'm just not trying to buy new this is why I go to stores buy use items. I found a few good items but the pricing was just way too much, even the paint was very expensive , a lot of the cabinets look wore out yet they're still very expensive I went to many thrift shops this week and I have found that this particular store is the most expensive the habitat near my home if not as big and they had a lot of great things their prices are very good. The only reason that I came to Anderson was because I was told there was wood unfortunately there was none. But overall I definitely will not be coming back I rather just go to Home Depot and just pay a few dollars more and just get it new I really hate to say this because I was looking forward to getting some great deals as I have and other throws jobs I hope that you guys can read this and consider some of us that are really just trying to make our home look prettier but we are...

I am not once for bad reviews typically unless it is truly necessary. I love the ReStore and we shop often for treasures. I bought a brand new in the the box Kenmore garbage disposal from them (not a used one) less than 6 months ago. The other day the two "paddle" like pieces inside broke. I called and left a message for the manager letting them know what happened and asked if since it was brand new, if they would just replace it. He called and said "unfortunately we cannot replace something from that long ago." First, since when is 6 months a long time ago and second...I totally get not replacing something that is used, but to sell a brand new item that is then faulty and not do anything to offer the customer any kind of help is truly UNBELIEVABLE. I am very disappointed in the ReStore's response...

Prices are about 50% of retail for used items. Seems very silly to buy an item, used, when you can get it brand new in a Sale or Clearance for the same price. Used items mean you don't know what kind of use the item has had and if it is a soft good (furniture), it could have fleas, lice, animal urine, etc. because you don't know where the items come from. This is yet another Thrift Store thinking they are a consignment shop or boutique instead of a Thrift Store. The price hikes are new, so guessing there is new management of some sort. Save your money and effort by buying new for just a little more. 👍 Or....shop FB Marketplace where you can meet the owners of items and ask questions or even see where the...
