There was only one self-checkout open, which I prefer to use but there was a customer struggling to figure out how to use it. One employee was checking out customers. A second employee was standing near the checkouts slowly putting shirts on hangers, while watching the customer struggle at the self-checkout. The employee running the register was also very slow, both appeared as if they may have been under the influence of a substance. The cashier forced a pillow into the shopping bag containing 2 bags of chips, crushing most of them. And the worst thing of all, the cashier was visibly sick with respiratory symptoms. She did not have a mask on. We are still in a pandemic and I find it incredibly negligent and a public health hazard that a company would allow an employee to not only work sick, but not have them wear a mask. Read moreThe so called manager on duty was a complete jerk. It was a hassle for him because we were checking out at closing time and an item didn't have a tag. He was also very rude about an item not priced right. He kept rushing us along but was not helpful at all, he started rushung us 15 min before closing time. Told us we couldn't take our cart because he wasn't opening the door again and when we asked if he was going to help us carry our things in the snow ($260 worth of items) he said he would have helped us but wasn't going to because we took our time. Read moreThey don’t keep their online inventory current which is frustrating. When we asked where we could find something that the website said was in stock, the employees barely helped us. Just gave us a vague description of the aisle where it should be which isn’t very helpful since their aisles aren’t labeled well, and couldn’t even point us in the right direction. At most stores, you’d just walk the customer over, but guess that would be too much work for them.
