I recently purchased a bed from Sleep Number, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made – all thanks to Josh! From start to finish, he made the entire process not only smooth but also enjoyable. Josh took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a bed. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different models and features, explaining everything in detail without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out most was his attention to detail and ability to personalize the experience. He asked thoughtful questions about my sleep habits, comfort preferences, and even small things like how often I switch positions at night. Based on that, he recommended a few options, and I felt confident that I was making an informed decision. Josh was professional, patient, and incredibly personable. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and even followed up after my purchase to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with my new bed. This level of customer service is rare to find, and it truly made all the difference.

We are extremely disappointed with the I8 smart bed and frame and honestly we wish that we never purchased this base or any thing from sleep number. The mattress gets hot during the night and the base did not work properly. We attempted to return the product only to find out that the base is non-refundable. This was not communicated to us at the time of purchase. We now have a ridiculously priced base ($4000) which doesn't work and we are not even a little happy about that. The pump and parts are incorrect as the techs say there are missing brackets so parts are on the floor. The base never connected to the phone so we have no clue how it will fix itself. For the price and time invested, this is really a disappointing situation. We were told by customer service that they would get this working within 2-4 weeks, but we have little faith that they will get it working. If we knew we were going to have something in our home like this that wastes our time and money on top of not working, we most certainly would never have purchased it. First off, the store is very clean. Which I would expect when you are going to be in physical contact with the product. Not all places make this happen. "HMakers" has some obviously used beds on display. There was no way I'm laying on those. Fortunately, at Sleep Number each bed looks and feels brand new. The store is also well lit and fresh looking. Our salesperson Ilka was great to work with. She was very pleasant and zero push. Ilka also answered all our questions and showed us each option we requested. She was great explaining everything and left no worries in our purchase. This made our experience exceptional. She provided us with prices and we went on to other stores just to peruse the options.
