Scarlett-Mitchell Nature Area — Attraction in Ann Arbor

Great neighborhood park with trail systems interconnecting with other local parks to make a pretty decent walk. Trails aren't too terribly muddy in early spring when we expect everything to be muddy. In late spring through fall, houses and streets are well hidden behind the thick foliage for a nice nature experience.

Parking was a little odd. There was no parking lot for the natural area. You have to park in the nearby middle school parking lot and walk over.
