Josh gave us plenty of time touring through the warehouse (which was very clean and organized) and was patient while we figured out which couch we wanted to purchase. 2.) They were able to rearrange the set up of the sectional to fit our needs in the space that it was being placed. 3.) The delivery was on time as expected which was very convenient as they gave us time to schedule and get everything in order for delivery. 4.) The delivery guys (Josh and Griffin) were able to take out the current couch that we had very swiftly. 5.) The installation of the new couch was also a smooth process and they even arranged it to our liking and attached the necessary parts that came with it.
