Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Pittsfield Charter Township

So owning a business myself, customer service should always be up to par. I did my 1/2 way threw the season shopping adventure $400.00 , with 2 full carts , the cashier at this time asked ( ma'am whould you like assistants on getting the 2 carts to your vehicle ? Being I was at the check out directly across from the CUSTOMER SERVICE DECK and had to pass by 3 associate's behind the counter, I said to the cashier ( that won't be necessary their are 3 people right HERE at the counter. As i preformed a acrobat act, that then turned Into a wrestling match , all the while my audience of 3 at the service counter enjoying the show, I made eye contact with each and every one of them as I struggled to get the carts out the door. It was clear to me that CUSTOMER SERVICE at GORDON FOODS is non existent. Perhaps I should have purchased the jumbo bad of popcorn and passed it out to them to fully enjoy the show. I will PROBIBLY check out Sam's club or Costco in the future, I would like to give a 5 star rating to the Gordon Food Shopper whom observed my grappling with the carts out in the parking lot and rushed to help me and load my car. I shop here now for bulk purchases because they keep it stocked and it is clean. Also because when I order online, their inventory system is so up to date I know immediately if they have what I have ordered when I hit the order button. No surprises when I go pick up the grocery like some other stores. It's rare that they don't have what I need. They bring it out to your car like every other store.
