I was trying to place a pick up order online but for some reason the website was not allowing me to. I called the Ypsilanti store and got Katina on the phone. Let me tell you, she made placing a pick up order over the phone so easy. I could tell she was putting me on hold to go and find the items from the sales floor. The whole process was so easy and she made me feel less anxious about the whole process. Katina was very friendly and helpful. I ended up having to call back to adjust quantities of an item on the quote I was sent to pay. Katina got on it right away, and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I show up to the store at 5:30 on a Tuesday and there is no one at the desk to help me get my pick up order. Three store employees pass by, they don’t say anything to me. Absolute worst customer service. Took 30 mins to see someone and get help at the pick up order desk. Lazy and careless. Not shopping here ever again and will let everyone I know not to shop here either.

Edit: The operations manager called me after this review and apologized and was very genuine. He cares about the store and I appreciate that he took the time to call and took responsibility. This store is incredible! I have a BIG bath remodel and dropped into the Novi store (such wonderful and caring staff). to pick up sample tiles. I moved over to the Ypsi store because they’re closer to my house. Aubrey the designer was amazing to work with in EVERY WAY—her design eye, creativity, thoroughness, follow up and customer care. We were on a RUSH timeline and this was seamless. I can’t say enough great things about my experience and am thrilled to get into our luxury bath suite soon with a zero entry glass shower, heated floors and freestanding bath!
