Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve received probably anywhere, ever. I used car side pickup for the first time ever. Received an email that my order was ready and went to a designated spot and alerted in the app that I had arrived. All 8 pickup spots were full. I waited and waited and no employee ever came out. Finally a driver from another car went inside and came back out and told all of us waiting that their system was down so they weren’t doing car side pickups. Why wasn’t an employee outside telling everyone instead of a customer? So I went inside to see if I could pick up my order in person. There were two customers in front of me and one gentleman behind me. Two employees were standing talking to each other about ten feet away and not one employee said anything to any of us. Finally the gentleman behind me walked up to the chatty employees and asked for help. One of them said the systems were down and they couldn’t do in-person pickup either. How hard is it to greet customers and let them know that? I mentioned that an employee should be letting people know outside about the issue instead of allowing us all to sit indefinitely. He said, “yeah, good call, someone should.” I called customer service and was told I can’t cancel my pickup order and to wait 3 business days and a refund will be issued (which can take up to a week). So now my money is tied up indefinitely and I have no items that I’ve paid for. I won’t ever use online ordering again for Target and I can honestly say I won’t be shopping in person soon either. Read moreSaw 40% off signs for mens clothes. When went to check out, the check out staff moved the slowest I have ever seen. So I watched the price of items for the sale price. Mind you it took about five minutes for that to happen because the check out person moving so slow. And never looked at us, and his hair as all over his face to his mouth. Then when he rang up the items they came up at full cost, he didn't ask us about any loyalty card or anything. When we asked about it he stated need to part of there loyalty program. We Said we are not, because we didn't want to give that info and get never ending emails and text. So he took them off, so we didn't buy them, the total cost was over 50 dollars that we didn't spend there because of that. So we went to the service counter, asked for store manager. A woman maybe mid 20s said she was. When taking to us she didn't even stop what she was doing and talking in a soft voice in a crowded area. Us being hard of hearing has issue talking to her. So my voice got louder thinking maybe she would get the hint we couldn't hear her. Nope she said I was being aggressive, which I was not because of all the noise around us. Then we asked for her name we asked several times because she would not say it loud enough for people to hear her. That was the worst customer service ever at any target I have been to. Read moreMy experience is with the Pharmacy. I felt judged and disrespected here and that the pharmacist was discriminating against me because of my race. He was rude to me and would not offer to call any other CVS. Anytime this has happened they tell me exactly where I can fill it and they call and ask. I cannot call myself and get that information over the phone. He asked me to have my doctor call which they will bill me for. I also have to have this prescription canceled and refilled. He showed 0 concern or urgency for my need for medication. This was the pharmacist that was working on Sept 23rd at 10am. The other pharmacist would always be able to order meds if they did not have them and had good customer service. I asked how long before they could fill it he refused to fill it and told me it could be up to 3 months before they get more and he is more concerned about the patients he already has than me. This is racist, and discriminatory since he is Arab and I am white. He was rude and judgemental about the type of meds I take. Also he flat out refused to fill it, call another pharmacy or tell me when it would be available. He said he is unable to order more.
