Jess Ranch Marketplace — Attraction in Apple Valley

Great shopping area! Something for everyone! If you need something, chances are that you can find it within this four block area. Jess Ranch marketplace is adjacent to a couple other large shopping centers that straddle Bear Valley Road and stretch for a few blocks. Everything from Target to Stater Bros, to Home Depot and Lowe's. 99 cents store, and Dickies Bbq. Lots of other things including restaurants and a movie theater. I pick up and deliver good from the majority of restaurants in this area. I spend endless hours there waiting for deliveries. Although that area has slowed down dramatically as far as getting orders , it's a nice area. Clean and not overrun with transients like many areas I've been to. You can come here and most people that visit here are nice people. I know many many owners and employees of most of those businesses after 7 years of picking up food from them. I believe Jess Ranch is the new more practical version of a mall. Victor Valley Mall is outdated and impractical. Yesterday when I went to Jess Ranch, I went to BofA, WinCo, 99 Cent Store, and Panda Express. It is very convenient to have a wide variety of discount, banking, service, and markets all in a centralized location. The parking is ample, but unfortunately they have an the common issue of panhandling taking place. All the common stores are located within Jess Ranch or on the adjacent corners.
