Jump 'n Jammin — Attraction in Arcadia

This location is absolutely disgusting. Upon entering i could smell the foot odor.. I visited with my 4 children today and I could not believe how dirty and smelly this place was. It's been about a year since I've stepped into this place and seems it has become severely neglected and unsafe. There's also no a/c or ventilation. It's very stuffy!

The womens bathroom smelled terribly. I went in to use the changing table and there was poop smeared on it. When I tried to find paper towel to clean it and use it as a cover, there wasn't any available. The bathrooms weren't stocked properly and was filthy.

I used the infant area and there was nothing but big kids in there. Maybe about 7 to 10 kids who weren't supposed to be in there because a child must be 32 inches or smaller to be in that area. Previously they used to have workers walk around to ensure safety and pick up the foam balls. I ended up taking my 1 year old to the big area instead because there were literally no kids in there. For some reason those 7-10 big kids wanted to play in the baby area.

The other thing was there were only about 10 to 20 foam balls in the big area. So there was really nothing to put into the ball machines.

There were about 4 employees who sat there for hours on their phones talking and doing absolutely NOTHING. Whoever the owner is of this place, just know those employees do not value customer experience. Hire people who care about the establishment and clean up this place. It's gross. I would never bring my kids here to this place again. My favorite indoor playground is Kids Empire so I'd rather stick to that place (so much cleaner...

Playground Safety-I do not think there is a guaranty as there were some parts needed a repair that's why adults must always accompany their kids. Maintenance-I did not see employees going around time to time to make sure it's clean and pick up what's left by kids (candy rap, a receipts) in the playground, a hair rubber/band) There were lots of dust on the top of the play structure that was open and kids breath. I wish there were more clear air provided may be to have some air purifiers. Playground’s Programs - I was not aware of any program offered, kids were playing what was available. IT would be nice if they arrange some games so kids get play together. Lounge For You To Relax - there were lots of siting places parent may rest but the music was so loud that there is no way a little to relax. I got headache because of the loud music and plus people were taking loud to listen to each other since the music was loud. I really like the place and if the management wishes to make the necessary maintenance it would be perfect place for kids to play. 2nd visit - the place is fun as always and if I was the owner of this place I would make the music less loud as we have one set of ears. Took our two boys to Jump ‘n Jammin today and it did not disappoint 😊

We have a 1 1/2 and 2 1/2-year-old and this play place is actually pretty fun for younger and older kids. When we first walked in this location our boys were just amazed. 😮

We all took off our shoes and put on our wristband. The good thing about that is you can go play with your kids then leave for lunch and come back whenever. They also have a nice eating area inside if you want to bring lunches.

This highlight and center of the fun is the massive ball area equipped with all kinds of fun air cannons and other fun machines to put balls into. Our boys were literally none stop collecting and firing off balls.

They have a total of 3 fun slides for all ages. I was able to go down the high slides with my boys as they are very big.

Climbing through the jungle gym is much easier than most jungle gyms I’ve played in with my kids as this one is very large. I was even able to stand up and walk around on the second level of the jungle gym and play with my boys firing off balls in the air cannons.
