Le Spa by Sophie — Attraction in Arcadia

I have been receiving routine skin care treatments at Le Spa By Sophie since February of this year - and after 6 months I can finally share the results and knowledge I've gotten from these ongoing visits.

I am 41 years old and prior to visiting I thought my skin care routine was fine - but during Covid I starting to see my skin aging, looking and feeling very thin, and many wrinkles I hadn't seen before.

On my first visit, Selene was able to detect problem areas due to how I'd been washing my face and she also asked me to bring in all of my current skincare and hair products. She educated me on what ingredients been thinning out my skin prematurely and causing me acne - initially disappointing but ultimately the changes I've made to my skincare routine have been obviously beneficial to me. I see my face looking more refreshed and much clearer.

I sprung for the membership package to get stem cell facial treatments - and every time I come in, I have the best naps.

To skincare newbies (such as myself) it really was a leap of faith to purchase the membership package and I was anxious to know if I had made the right decision for myself. I'm happy to say that I have a dedicated skincare team who knows my habits and problems very well, and overall I'm much much more aware of how my diet and daily habits directly effect my skin. ...

I opted for the thermo and cryotherapy facial (50 min) + back muscle relief (25 min)

I sat down and was greeted immediately and offered a glass of wine and apple/cinnamon infused tea. I then met with their specialist to go over my skin issues and back/shoulder pain.

I got the massage first and it was one of the best massages I’ve gotten! I had SO many knots in my upper back and shoulder area - my lady was able to get most of it out. She could tell I have been very tense. I even got a head massage at the end which I love (in general)

The facial was just as awesome! She did extractions, the cryo and thermo therapy and then a nice mask at the end. I feel so refreshed.

I wasn’t able to use their amenities (shower, sauna, steam room) but the gentleman up front offered to give me a card to come back to use it. Such a nice gesture.

The massage bed was perfect. Not too hard, the pillow below my feet was at the perfect height. It was warm and I was cozy.

After I was done, I was offered their cucumber infused warm water and a delicious macaroon and marshmallows. What a treat!

Overall, I had a great experience. I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to...

I came to Le Spa by Sophie about 6 months before the pandemic, and I'm so happy they are back to business because, during the pandemic, my acne was a nightmare. However, after 2 treatments, my acne is completely gone, and my skin is better than before. I'm so happy with the result from Le Spa!

Le Spa is a clean facility. Each time only allows 2 customers inside at a time. Once we stepped in, friendly receptionist Frank would check our temperature and make sure we washed our hands before we entered. Each visit, we have to fill up a form to ensure we are healthy and virus-free. Le Spa is trying to keep track of everyone's record; if any customer is sick, they can trace back the history and contact us if we need the next step. Once we are ready, Frank will lead us to change. Le Spa prepared a box of clean kimonos and a pair of sandals to change before for each customer to change. I love how well they prepare for each customer with heart and care.

Such a great place to relax and get better skin; how can this wonderful place not be shared...
