My Friend with a Boat — Attraction in Arlington

We had an awesome time! I rented one of thier pontoon boats for a day, on the lake for my birthday with 6 of my friends and one child. They had a couple of boats to choose from, we chose the 12 person patoon boat so we can have extra room to lounge and relax. They also had a bunch of add-ons to choose from we added a 3 person tube, which was super fun. Rental was easy, they have a form on the website to make a reservation or you can text the owners and they can send you a form. Communication with the owners was also easy, using text messaging, they always answered all of my questions. Laszlo was very friendly and helpful, he showed us everything we needed to know about how to operate the boat safely and gave great tips on where to explore on the lake. I was very impressed with Laszlo! He was courteous, thoughtful, on time and extremely communicative!

The boat and equipment was in great shape. He mentioned a few things that had been broken by other renters but that had since been fixed, and cautioned us about what things to watch out for to avoid additional expenses—swim ladder, cowling dents, running aground, etc. Kids had a blast on the tube and pad.

As for Laszlo himself, he was very patient with all of our questions and very professional and thoughtful. He brought a cooler, case of water bottles, two bags of ice, phone charger cords, Bluetooth pairing with the on-board sound system, electric and hand pumps for inflatables and more.

It was my first time renting a boat so I was a bit nervous. Once I got there, Laszlo was really helpful and thorough with his explanation on the basics of the boat. Walked me through everything I needed to know. We also picked the lake we wanted and he delivered there! Something that really made us feel good as customers was that he brought us an extra cooler with ice and water at no cost! We really appreciated his kind gesture as it was really hot as well.
